Alex is a great guy! He is young, and willing to learn (which we think is a great thing!!). When we found a house that we thought we might be interested in, he set up a showing; when we had questions (and we had plenty), he would find the answers; he was a good listener and energetic. We were not local, we are returning to Cincinnati - so things were a bit hectic and chaotic at times, but Alex rolled with the punches. We haven't purchased a home in 32 years, and things have changed A LOT, so we had many questions and concerns! However, we worked as a team and got the job done!
