While others told me what my house was worth Alex ASKED me what I thought and why--when he agreed with my price he did so in a way that convinced me he meant it--not just to get my listing. We sold the house within 48 hours of listing for a neighborhood record per square foot. We just closed a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier--We recommend Alex without reservation!!!
